The third Plenary Assembly of the Organizational Capacity Building Commission (CRCO) was held from January 18 to 20, 2023, at the Noom Hotel in Niamey, Niger.

          The objective of this Plenary Assembly was to enable the working groups of the CRCO to identify the tasks necessary to carry out the activities of the operational plans validated by the Steering Committee of AFROSAI during its meeting held in Djibouti on October 12 and 13. 2022.
