The AFROSAI General Assembly procedures guide is a practical guide for planning the activities of the Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) that hosts or plans to host a session of the General Assembly. To do this, it describes only the basic elements and principles to be taken into account in the planning and organization of the General Assembly.
Based on AFROSAI Statutes, the conduct of previous General Assemblies, AFROSAI Financial Regulations, cooperation with previous host SAIs and the AFROSAI General Secretariat, said Assembly Sessions Procedures Manual General of AFROSAI is divided into four (04) main sections namely: the place and organization of the Assembly, linguistic services, programs and logistics.
These Statutes have been adopted by the Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) or their representatives present at the Ordinary General Assembly of the African Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (AFROSAI), held on March 17 and 18, 2022 in Dakar, Senegal.
