Created during the second part of the 15th General Assembly, held in March 2022 in Dakar, Senegal, the CRCO is responsible for the implementation of strategic priority No. 2 (AFROSAI improves the organizational performance of member SAIs) of the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan.
This Commission is headed the SAI of Niger (Priority Chair), it includes as members the SAIs of the following countries: South Africa, Algeria, Angola Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Comoros, Ivory Coast, Djibouti, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Conakry, Guinea Bissau, Mauritius, Morocco, Namibia, Chad, Togo, Senegal, Somalia, Zimbabwe.
The main mandate of the OCBC is to support SAIs in their quest to improve governance within them.
